Rolberto's has become a go-to place for our whole family. While the ambiance isn't the best & they SERIOUSLY need to fill the holes in the parking lot & drive thru, it's hard to beat a bacon, egg, potato & cheese breakfast burrito (that can feed two people!) or their fried tacos (taquito's w guacamole sauce) or the carnitas tacos.... Had dinner here as well earlier in the week. Authentic, home cooked Cal-TexMex. Food was good, but service was exceedingly slow both times. Even considering that it was cooked to order. Of this were the only game in town, I'm come again. Too many other choices.

Okay, so there's quite a few places with the same name spread throughout Idaho - this is definitely not the same in that it is very, very, NOT good. I've tried and tried to sample different things on their menu but nothing is good. Their rice is flavorless, their beans taste like beef fat, and their chicken has no flavor... More

The only....and I mean the ONLY reason why I've ever eaten here, was because it was open when everyone else was closed. Seriously. Ok, from a cuisine standpoint, it's probably a more "authentic" style of Mexican food....since they serve up pretty much every part of the cow on their menu. So sombreros off to them for that. But the QUALITY... More

We love Rolberto's breakfast burritos. We like them simple with meat, potato, egg, and cheese. The ingredients aren't all mushed together and the flavor is great.

I used to eat there everyday before I moved, and eat there every time i am in town. the price is very good and the quality is very good as well. Chile Verde Burrito is the way to go.

It may look like a hole in the wall, but the food is fantastic. I grabbed a burrito and headed to Shoshone falls for dinner.

Service is fast and friendly. The portions are large for a great price. The rest is terrible. The tables are wobbly, the paint is peeling and the restroom was disgusting. There is peeling 1970's carpet on the walls and the sink is crooked and likely to just fall off the wall. Go there for some good food and try not... More
