Owner sits at the bar smoking under the clean wine glasses. Place smells like stale cigarettes. Needs to be updated

Great food great location great staff. Steaks here are unbelievably good. I tried fresh scallops to complement my steak they were prepared perfectly. The owner of our local Harley-Davidson dealership told me how good this place was and she was not wrong. We will be back soon

For dinner, Jim's is our local steakhouse that compares favorably with the fancy Chicago places for much more modest prices. Top notch service. Excellent quality. Generous portions. For lunch, Jim's is a quiet, great place for important business meetings and cozy personal conversations alike. Again, the service is excellent and prices are modest. Few in the community seem to realize... More

We stop here a couple times a year on our way to Wisconsin. Food is great, can't go wrong with Jim's filet. We sat at the bar, very attentive staff, and the pours were excellent. Always enjoy hearing Chuck on the piano! All around great experience, just wish they weren't so far from Tennessee!!

Did a family dinner here for my wife's birthday. The place is dated for sure. My son ordered a steak which he said was good. My wife had a lobster tail and was quite happy with it. My biggest complaint was the service. We had a waiter that couldn't seem to get anything right. We were in the middle of... More

This steakhouse has been around for a number of years in this area and won't disappoint you with the ambiance or food. We all had something different and all of us were pleased. My sea bass was melt-in-your-mouth tender and very flavorful. Steaks were perfectly done, tender and delicious. Prime rib was of a generous portion and it, too, was... More

Went to Jim's with friends to enjoy drinks. We arrived around 9:30 pm. Atmosphere was fun in the bar. Drinks where good but very small. Good time with friends until the owner sat at the bar and started smoking cigarettes, ( one after another ). As he sat chain smoking and flicking his ashes in a beer bottle under the... More

The food was mediocre except the calamari was unbelievable. But the building is outdated and had a stale, old stench.

We had a group of about 15 meeting for a late lunch prior to a rehearsal dinner. Service was flawless, the food delicious, and the facility was great with lots of charm. They even divided up the bills for the multiple groups of us there - and that was a chore. best of all no tacked on group tip added.

Service was great. Owner is on site but not professional. He came by the table and tasted wine out of our glass!! Of course we had steak and it was good. Not sure if they have a wine list. The owner sold us some special wine he had. It was ok not great.
