Below my Expectation I have been to Icream today in Kuwait City. Icream is located in The Discovery Mall (a mall for kids learning experience). The place was noisy and staff where talking loudly to each including jaheda, the lady who prepared my order. She was scattered. She mixed the components of my order (vanilla bean with white chocolate) 3... More

My son had seen this place on TV so when we were in Chicago for his birthday, he insisted we hunt it down and give it a try. This is a very small, kind of hole in the wall, place. The guy behind the counter was friendly. My son and I were the only ones in the place at 5pm.... More

You get control over basically all the elements of your icecream, it is a cool process, and a delicious result! Worth stopping in

This was a fun and different ice cream experience. Can take a little longer to wait for orders because of the amount of effort placed into making it, but I enjoyed it!

This iCream is really all about YOU. You pick the milk/non-milk, flavors and ingredients. Made immediately right in front you, it's a real experience. Delicious! Take the ChicagoFoodPlanet.com tour to get the history behind this local business.

The concept is cool and the ice cream is pretty good but the place itself is dirty and gross. We came in not long after opening during the week and the floor was very sticky. Once you get past the front it is rather dark and dingy. Not what you would usually associate with an ice cream store.

My husband and I were excited to try this place out. We went there with another couple from Chicago and wanted to show them the cool way they make ice cream... Well there was a short line but it still took a good 20 min for him to get to us. He was the only person working behind the counter....... More

This is an interesting place where you can choose your icecream flavour and they will make it from liquid to solid in front of your eyes, using freezing technology. There is a wide choice of flavours, mixing goodies and syrups...

Stopped in ICream to check it out, was greeted by a friendly staff member who convinced us to give the ice cream a try. Thought the concept was really cool, and enjoyed the fact that they use real cane sugar, and genuine ingredients when they make their ice cream. We chose the regular ice cream, instead of the yogurt, and... More

I thought the ice cream was delicious, but the best part was seeing the liquid nitrogen being applied to the cream - never seen anything like it. Very cool - no pun intended - and definitely worth checking out!
