Business trip so everyone trickled in on day one. Dinner was really good - spinach and rhubarb salad and steak. After that, we ate there every lunch - 4 days - everything was terrific. The salmon (you can add it to any salad) was succulent. The open faced tuna salad was also a hit. There were 9 of us. We... More

Stayed at the Marriott but only had breakfast at the restaurant. The buffet was great , the service fantastic . The chef is always checking out the food . Our server, Patricia, was very profesional and courteous. And it is half price for Marriott elite members.

Unfortunately, hotel restaurants have a reputation for existing solely to accomodate hotel guests with a wide variety of menu items to satisfy everyone. When I read the description for Harvest at the Chicago Marriott, I thought I would find something unique. The food was good, but nothing I'd race back for. Caesar salads, tomato soup, rueben... The surprise item was... More

We had been told about the burger, so pulled out all the stops. Put down our name at twelve, were let it know would be 90-120 mins and we would be messaged and have 10 mins to arrive. That is precisely what happened. however in the event that you stroll about and arrange well, it is fine. Server was truly... More

Since we stayed at the Marriott, we decided to try the brunch. Everything was wonderful. Hot and tasty. Made to order omelettes, pancakes, French toast, eggs Benedict, grits, and waffles. Drinks are included in the price of the buffet.

A little pricey but super easy to get a seat when we were here over a holiday weekend. If it was not the 4th of July weekend, get a reservation in early. The menu was great and the 3 of us ordered lamb chops, ham and cheese and vegetable risotto with pork belly. Even just as something as simple as... More

Very nice and complete breakfast Buffett. Best omelet I can recall ever at a buffet. Very wide selection of items and very well attended.

Located in the Marriott on Michigan Avenue is a small retreat named Harvest. While the menu is modest in size each, of the offerings I have tried are pleasing to the eye and even better to the taste buds. You have to try the deviled egg appetizer, it alone makes the visit worthwhile. The staff is attentive and helpful and... More
