Would not recommend anyone going here. The food was ok but the service was definitely horrible. We had burgers, fries, and hot dogs. 1) You order as you're going down the line but there was no one standing there to take orders so I get to the register and the cashier asks me if I need some help. I say... More

So disappointed. Heard good things about Billy Goat but I think this was the wrong location. Last reviewer had it right. Get a triple because the patties are super thin. The bread did outweigh the double. Horrible service. Rude cook. He slammed the tray at us and our sandwiches. The corn beef sandwich was disgusting, had to instruct him how... More

Heard great things and came with friends. The burgers were lost in a sea of bun. Unless you get the triple or remove half the bun you get nothing but bread. The people working were cursing and all around nasty. Maybe it was a bad day. Just asking a question gets a rude response. The fries were good. That helped.... More

We basically chose this Navy Pier fast food restaurant for lunch because we couldn't resist the name. It's a loud and fun place. You order at the counter and your order is yelled to the cooks who immediately put it on the grill. Whenever someone orders their specialty - cheeseburgers - the whole crew starts chanting: "Cheeseburger! Cheeseburger! Cheeseburger!" The... More

Awesome little restaurant right on navy pier. They have two sides. Ones bar makes burgers or breakfast food depending on the time of day and the other bar makes drinks. This place has a special meaning to me because I just got some great news while standing outside this bar, so we walked on in happily surprised to find someone... More

My wife had never been to Nay Pier so we stopped for a quick lunch before heading back to Minnesota. Looked like a place for a good lunch. Considering the outrageous cost of parking to get a quick lunch for 3, a little disappointed. service was quick but not much to the food that stood out. Good thing we were... More

Didn't stay long so can't say much about the food, but was not impressed. Beer and wine in plastic cups?!?!? Asked a question about the taps and was given a sheer of papers that's said ".....rotating tap" of about 3 companies and then the norms. She couldn't help me. But prices for drinks and food were cheap.....I just think there... More

Visited in July 2016 with family. The service was very fast, but the food was only ok at best. I got the fried egg sandwich, which was ok but definitely not enough for a meal. The location on the pier was great, but this was definitely not the greatest of restaurants.

Stopped by on Saturday to catch the Cubs while drinking a few and having something to eat but wished I never did. After grabbing a seat, I realized that this place is nothing more than a poor man's version of Five Guys with a bar. The food was horrible. I ordered a double cheeseburger and fries, and quickly learned that... More

I should have guessed that there was a reason it had the shortest line in the food court at the airport. Soggy fries, overcooked dry burger. Don't bother.

Staying in Streeterville

Neighbourhood Profile
Streeterville
Streeterville is where visitors head for play at Navy Pier, a pseudo amusement park and development of restaurants, shops, rides, and other activities. You’ll find lots of action and excitement on the docks. Along the pier, you’ll see the statue of the captain for whom Streeterville is named. While you enjoy your fair share of sightseeing at the pier, you can also visit other popular attractions there such as the Chicago Children’s Museum and the Chicago Shakespeare Theater. Off the pier you’ll find more restaurants from low-cost pubs to high-end establishments. Arts and culture aficionados should be sure not to miss the Museum of Contemporary Art.
