Came in at lunch, hostess on phone...for over 5 min, fid not even acknowledge me. Finally a server came ove..would not let sitin empty booth, made me sit in back room, small table. Bread cold. Not warm and fresh. Pizza takes 30 to 40 minutes, even for thin crust, so ordered pasta. Large portion in bowl. Taste average at best.... More

Went to this pizza place after seeing Hamilton on a Sunday matinee. We were seated right away without a problem. Service was wonderful and the pizza was top notch. We couldn't decide on fillings, so we ended up ordering three smaller pies. Each was delicious. Had local brews on tap and those were also tasty. Only available by the pint.... More

The best part of our meal was the good service and our local beers. I can't speak to the deep dish pizza, but the thin crust pizza was below average. The crust was terrible. The pizza didn't taste bad, it just wasn't good. It wasn't worth the money. How can you screw up a cheese pizza? Well, they can. 4... More

We love Pizano's. We had the thin crust pizza and the calamari. It was amazing. Service was good. Not stellar.

So I read the reviews on this place, It looked like amazing food and a great little place to eat.. I was just ok with it.. The service was horrible, looked as if our little older waitress was run ragged and could barely speak English. She had too many tables that she was waiting on. She didn't bring out our... More

Very nice Italian restaurant. We had the Pizano's Chopped Salad with chicken salami & Mozzarella topped with their homemade Italian dressing. My friends had the famous Deep Dish Pizza weren't disappointed. Our waitress were excellent 👍

We were recommended to come here by the athletic hotel. The pie was alright. I was expecting a little more from Chicago pizza but we didn't try deep dish so maybe when I visit again I can give it another try

This is a popular Downtown restaurant close to Millennium Park, so there's usually a wait. But it's worth it. The food is great - especially the pizza. We first heard about Pizzano's because OPRAH said it was her favorite pizza in Chicago. I can see why.

Ate here during a weekend stay in September. The food was good (pizza and salad) but not great at all. A solid meal but nothing that stood out that would bring us back. What set the evening back a little more was that our waitress was less than attentive - and we really do not need or want much attention.... More

This was our first visit to Pizano's - we were looking for something different than the big chain pizza joints of Giordano's and Gino's - and we were not disappointed. The restaurant was easier to make a reservation for (and the fact that you could make a reservation was great, in and of itself) , and it had a nice... More
