We gave this place a try after hearing on a tour that it created the original deep dish. We just turned up for lunch and got a table straight away. Pizza takes a while because it's so thick but the staff let you know when you order. The food was really delicious. I wasn't expecting to enjoy it so much... More

It was a nice experience, took a little time to us get inside. We waited about 35 minutes, because of that they took our choices before, so when we went inside the pizza was almost ready. They offered us drinks while we were waiting. We liked the place and the food.

Definitely one of the best places in Chicago to have an iconic deep dish pizza. Unfortunately, we had to do a takeaway since it was an easter weekend and it almost took an hour for them to get our order ready. However, that hour was totally worth it. We went for Spinach deep dish (vegetarian) and it was brilliantly made.... More

Great ambience, good service and delicious food. Eating a deep dish pizza in Chicago might be a tourist thing, but is worth it. Lots of history on this place. Prices are decent and food is good.

We got there at just the right time as it was starting to fill up. We were seated straightaway and ordered pizza which we were told would take a while. Our server, Melanie, checked on us regularly, making us feel welcome. The restaurant was small but not overcrowded with tables. When our pizzas arrived they looked small but we struggled... More

We were all looking for something more late Saturday night. So, we called to the lobby desk and they suggested Uno pizza. Boy, this was a great decision. We had a triple cheese of some kind, and a full meat on the other. And we were so full and happy.

So, first of all, get in your mind that you are downtown and looking to eat historic Chicago style pizza.... so parking is expensive and you don't get much personal space. BUT... There is lots of atmosphere here. It's an old building and you squeeze into your table close to the other patrons who are also there for the delicious... More

We visited this location while on a business trip. Small space and had to wait for 45 minutes and very limited waiting space. Food was good, drinks were strong but a but pricey, and service was great. I prefer another local pizzeria but would definitely visit again if in the area.

This place is a classic Chicago deep dish pizzeria. The building is very old and the interior deco is very true to what you would expect from a downtown Chicago pizza place. The sauce is really good, and so is the crust. So glad we came! The service at the bar was really good also.

This pizza never disappoints. The crispy, flaky crust is not to be missed and the pizza is heavenly. I walked an hour round trip to pick up a pizza. It was worth it!
