Under the new ownership things seem to be improved. The fries and chips are very good. I tried the Cuban and it was very juicy and flavored. Large portions and quality products. The staff is friendly and quick to serve.

We have been to Sweet Peas 3 or 4 times over the past 6 months since the change in management and it seems to be getting better each time we go. The restaurant feels warm and inviting. We enjoy eating in the bar also. When we went last night the service was exceptional. The manager stopped by our table to... More

There is nothing really unique but this was okay. The food was okay but definitely not superb. We ate there three days ago and I can't even remember what I had. Waitress was friendly and gave good service.

We stopped in for dinner on our way to band competition. Very nice atmoshpere in side with the restaurant on one side to go with the adjourning bar. Updated decor and a very clean place. On to the food a very diverse menu with plenty of appetizers and all your basic menu items for a grill. I recommend the potatoe... More

Walked over from Best Western hotel. Friendly staff, seated quickly and served quickly. The taco salad was good and more than enough. Excellent chicken gumbo, that was pretty zesty. Would go back and try the brisket next time.

Met the Cuban sandwich in the Keys in January, looking for the Cuban since, and ran into it by accident at Sweet Peas. Very similar to, but a bit of a different twist from the Keys, a most excellent sandwich! I'm calling it "Quad Cities Style" Cuban. The rest of the menu also looked good, great service, we'll be back!

Had the chance to try Sweet Peas today, and was not disappointed . Very pleasant interior space, great menu with plenty of choices to please everyone. We had a party of four, we ordered fried pickles as an appetizer and it was a huge portion, served with regular ranch dressing, and a spicier ranch bacon dressing. The pickles were delicious... We saw Sweet Peas! We decided to stop because anything at this point was going to do! Luckily, Sweet... More

This is the first time I've eaten at Sweet Peas since new management/menu and I will definitely be back. The food is way better than I've had on previous visits. Our group shared the boneless BBQ chicken wings, which were awesome. Also, I had the pulled pork mac & cheese which was really good. One of our party had the... More

My wife and I stopped here on a trip on I-80. We were looking for something other than fast food--some place where we could get good food and take a break. Sweet Peas was perfect. We were in for a late lunch, so it was not crowded. The food was very good and the service was top notch. Since it... More
