We ate here (in April 2017) on a weekend. We were seated right away, our food came relatively quickly and it was very good. We all had thai, as opposed to sushi, which they also serve. So, I cannot speak to the sushi part but the Thai food was very good. We had two young kids with us. There is... More

We have always been happy with the quality of food and service at Sushi Thai. The whole family has eaten in and taken out.

Good value, good sushi, good thai. Very attentive service. Not the largest sushi pieces, but delicious.

My wife and I really enjoy the variety of rolls they have here. Consistent quality and some with interesting and playful flavor combos. Good for take out too.

Had delicious sushi & sashimi at this restaurant last evening. The fish was fresh, the presentation was excellent and it tasted great. Service was quite good, though, could have used either a bigger pot of tea for two people, or...two pots of tea. The only reason it didn't receive a 5 was due to the challenge with the seating and... We recently went to Sushi Thai with family and friends for dinner, and fusion of sushi with Thai dishes do present a wide variety of choices here. We tried couple of sushi rolls along with Thai curries and everyone liked it. It was delicious. Service staff was also very nice and I will definitely go back to them for another... More

We had a bad meal here with cold appetizers that should have been warm, sub-par sushi and bland Thai. Go to Thai Noodles down the road for better Thai. There are many better sushi restaurants in the area too.

My fiancé chose Sushi Thai for his birthday dinner. Obviously we have been there many times before and love it. This was our first time there during Happy Hour. We each had 2 rolls, beautifully displayed on a big platter for us to share. The rolls were superb, so was everything else: pleasant atmosphere, courteous and prompt service. They even... More

Dined in on a Thursday evening with lots of patrons. Our server was informative and delightful, more so than the dishes served. Good food, but not outstanding and a bit on the high side of cost.

We've been to Sushi Thai (both this location and Vernon Hills) since they opened and have always had great meals...very consistent too. The staff is always very nice. My only suggestion is to not order appetizers and entrees at the same time because the food comes out too fast. I recommend the seaweed salad, chicken spring rolls, tom ka soup,... More
