Don't miss this easily-accessed stop outside Peoria. You can't miss on menu items that will remind you of meals at grandma's. And don't leave without ordering a slice of pie!

This cafe is very popular with the local public. Very casual and unpretentious. Spacious seating areas, light-colored decor. Famous for their home-made food, generous-sized portions, but nothing fancy. Conveniently located right at the I-74 exit at Kickapoo it attracts a lot of customers. I was just driving by from the park and recalled this place that we visited many years... More

Stopped by for lunch at Jubilee Cafe. It is right off the exit of I-74, so is quite convenient for travelers on the interstate. You seat yourself, and we felt the employees were not the friendliest. Someone took our drink orders, and then another one took our food orders. She never did tell us about the specials of the day,... More

A wonderful place to stop for lunch or dinner (never had breakfast, but I assume it's as good). Lots to choose from on the menu. If you're there after 4PM, try the fried chicken. Out of this world. If you have room for dessert, give any of their pies a try. Only criticism is they only take CASH. Being so... More

We just stopped for dinner at the Jubilee café because we were told that the café made good rhubarb pie. They made a bunch of different kinds of good pie! They had made from scratch dinner on a menu that seem to go on forever. But to be fair you will be stepping back in time. This is an old... More

We always stop here to see what's offered for their plate lunch. Lots of locals. Student wait staff off school season. Aprons and sprayed hair and GOOD diner food. Then there are the homemade pies. We love this place.

We travel I-74 to the Quad Cities on occasion. We had never stopped at the Jubilee. We ordered the tenderloin. My wife loved it. I thought it was good since I am not much of a tenderloin fan. The pies looked wonderful, but we didn't want to eat too much since we were going to have a big dinner that... More

The food was barely adequate, half of it was cold, half warm, service slow, and way over priced. I will never go back and would not recommend. Plenty of places within a few miles to chose .

We were on a road trip from Southern Illinois to Davenport, IA. Following an overnight stay in Peoria we headed out to Davenport. The Cafe was easy access near the interstate. Great breakfast and good service. Plus was the ICE... Crushed! My favorite. Makes my drink colder. Recommend the Jubilee Cafe if your in the area.

We were heading southeast on 74 and saw a billboard for Jubilee Cafe. I looked it up real quick on my iPhone, decent reviews, so we stopped. This was for lunch and it was just before noon. It was full, but we did not have to wait for a table, and our service was quick. Larry and I LOVE these... More
