It's a fun place to go for steaks but to wait that long for something like this is really not worth it I'd recommend something local.

My beloved bride and I happened in here late on the night of Feb. 22nd. We had driven 270 miles from Ames, Iowa; a 700-mile leg awaited us to get home the next day. Although the restaurant was nearly empty, the food and the service were top-drawer in every respect. My steak was cooked perfectly, and my beloved really liked... More
Good thing we did the call-ahead seating! It was packed. We got right in w/ no wait. The food was excellent and our waitress was great. I ordered the filet and salmon and my husband ordered the ribeye. If you don't want the dinner salad your meal comes with, you can get a second side with your meal.
We were in Peoria for ILMEA high school music at the Civic Center. Our hotel was near the LongHorn Steak house and we thought to try it out. We do not have one near our town. Jess, our server was very good and very helpful. My husband ordered the Salmon with Asparagus and Broccoli and he also had a salad.... More
We stopped here to eat on the way to buy a new bass guitar. We got seated right away and the waiter was right there to get our order. The food was good and hot.The steak I got was cooked just right and very flavorful. We will eat here again.was very clean also.

The chopped salad is good but for an additional $1.79 it can be upgraded to a signature salad. The upgrade to the strawberry pecan salad is excellent.... More
Not bad for an inferior quality, over seasoned meat kind of place. The T-bone was tasty, but again, it was over seasoned and slathered with butter- a preparation that would render filet of raccoon tasty (apologies to my southern brothers and sisters who regularly eat raccoon. I personally have tried it and don't care for it). But it's all about... More
