What an epically awesome time! We won tickets from a radio station and I'm so glad we did. We never would have gone had we not and the kids had such an amazing time. The whole experience is incredible from the moment you pull into the parking lot to see the giant castle to last battle you are just encapsulated... More

Went here with the family on the 4th of July weekend. We try to go once a year or at least every other year. This year it seemed that they had changed the show a bit, which was nice. We had a blast and the kids loved it. We have a 5 and 1-1/2 year old. I wish the had... More

We had a great time. This is our 4th trip to this castle and we always have a good time. Unfortunately this was the worst of our trips here. The waiter was very rushed and spilled the alcoholic beverage of the couple next to us, which ended up all over me. Then he knocked over my alcoholic beverage that I... More

Took our granddaughters age 4 and 3 to celebrate a bday. The kids loved the horses and cheering on our "yellow knight". The meal consisted of tomatoe soup, garlic bread, 1/2 a chicken, potatoe, corn on the cob and an apple turnover. The kids ate the soup and were done. The meal was way to big from them so we ended... Recently treated our 5 and 3 year-old grandkids to a night at Medieval Times. An absolutely enjoyable evening! Entering the "castle" we were greeted by knights and ladies which the kids enjoyed and were assigned a knight to cheer. Before entering the dining hall we had a group photo and then proceeded to the Great Hall. Upon entering the "great... More

This summer my family of four visited Medieval Times for the third time. I attended a two-day workshop in Schaumburg and brought the family with me. When I asked my kids, ages 12 and 16, what they wanted to do in Chicago they both wanted to go to Medieval Times again. It is an experience like no other. The food... More

I have been here a few times, and every time was a great experience. The show itself is entertaining. You are placed in a section with a color which represents your Knight. You cheer for your knight as he competes in medieval games including jousting, sword fighting, and catching rings with his lance. I brought my 70 year old parents... More

We have made the 3 hour drive 3 times now. The whole family loves it. We enjoy all the food (I end up finishing the kids chicken). The lighting and sound bring you right into the whole story. The horses and riders are great. The fighting looks so real. It does cost a bit but I think it's worth it.... More

The food here is decent but let's be honest we don't go for great good, we go for the great show. Our grandson M. got a charge out of eating with his hands, tomato soup, garlic bread, baked chicken, 1/2 of a baked potato, piece of corn on the cob and a pastry for dessert. We ended up bringing most... More
