My daughter and I ate here and the food was just so heavy and nothing we couldn't have easily found elsewhere. We were hoping for a more authentic experience. The service was absolutely excellent though!

This was my first visit to Acapulco Joe's. Our server was very slow and we sat, with drinks and chips, for about 15 minutes before she took our order. Our food came out quickly but I wasn't overly impressed. My taco was good but nothing...More
Have not been here in several years and since Joe passed away. Downtown do an event so we walked over there for dinner and cannot say we were impressed. Had tacos and would rate below average and loads with cheese. Friends had the Mexican Pizza...More

This was some of the worst Mexican food I've ever had. The servers were very nice and the food came relatively quickly, but the food was just awful. It stayed with us for days - and not in a good way.

Acapulco Joe's has reasonable food with flavor and large portions. We visited late afternoon at a friends recommendation. Cheese, sauce, flavor, this was an unexpectedly good meal. Drinks were good; but a little expensive. We'll be back for the tacos.
