While staying in Brown County we had breakfast at the seasons lodge, and surely wished we would have booked it for dinner!

This was our 5th year staying at this hotel for Thanksgiving and by far the very worst. The meal was unacceptable. The Turkey which was normally carved on the table instead looked like a chemical experiment gone wrong served out of a tray in some kind of liquid. It was nasty. The potatoes tasted like they came out of box... More

Hubby liked the eggs, fried potatoes & sausage. I had oats & bacon. They must buy fresh bacon, best I've had in a while. I see they have new owners, hope they tweek things. The oats were a giant bowl of gummy grossness. Thin them out & serve them w/brown sugar & raisins. Little things = upscale. People want artisan... More

My wife and I were ending a weeklong vacation by spending a few nights in Brown County. We had been coming to the area for the past 15 years, had stayed at the Seasons Lodge before but never ate there. I had wanted to try somewhere different for dinner that we hadn’t been so we went to the restaurant. It... More

We live 150 miles from this restaurant, but every time we go to the Bloomington Region we make a point to stop for dinner here on one of their 'Prime Rib' nights. When we went last, I recall it was on a Friday, and you can have 'prime rib' with sides, and the accoutrements for under $30. per person. It... More

Husband and I stopped for lunch. My fried shrimp lunch special was great, but a huge portion. Kitchen made a mistake on husband's order, but server Rhoda took care of it immediately. Great service with a beautiful view. Restaurant just needs updated decor, especially carpet, and a menu with some fresher choices. We will definitely eat here again.

The lunch buffet was good. There was chicken, shrimp, green beans, mashed potatoes, dinner rolls, apple pie and a salad bar. The service was lacking but the price was good.

Visited the Season's Lodge dining room during a recent stay. There were only 4 tables filled in the dining room. It took an hour and 30 minutes to get our breakfast. Too long! The food was ok but my over easy eggs were hard. Our server was good and kept updating us but it seemed the kitchen could only handle... More
