Moved 4 hours away so when we're back in south bend we've got to stop. Nice to see familiar staff. We've got our favorite choices: strawberry crepes, poached eggs, bacon, buckwheat pancakes. Great coffee.

have not dined in this popular breakfast/lunch restaurant for many years but did so this morning - same decor as before but still very nice - servers were great, very attentive, friendly - nice selection of food choices - our group got breakfast and generally we were pleased - thought price was a bit high however compared to similar local... My friend and I were in south bend and not familiar with the area at all. Drove past and decided to stop. So cut and comfortable inside! Had country fried steak and friend had biscuits and gravy. Both were so good! Great service, so glad we stopped!

Okay, its really popular - and not too expensive. And its pancakes are pretty good - as is the bacon and eggs and freshly squeezed orange juice. But have the coffee - the tea always comes with luke warm water and is just awful. And real maple syrup is what I would have expected!

Came here on a Sunday morning around 9:45 on a Sunday after a football game. The line was from the hostess table to the door but it moved very fast and we were seated quickly. It was still crowded at around 10:30 when we left. The blueberry pancakes were delicious and the bacon ones too. There was a cinnamon roll... More

Nice family place. We went on Sunday and it was packed, long line to be sited in but it moved quickly. I tried the apple pancakes and they were great. (enough for two people) My husband ordered the french toast and they were so so.

I was looking for a breakfast restaurant near my hotel and got this recommendation. It was an older restaurant and needed a bit of updating to it. Some of the tables had folding chairs from like a card table set. It was as if they ran out of chairs and grabbed these to replace. Food was typical items-omelette was a... More

Biblers. I know it hasn't been called that in 10 years at least but things haven't changed. Still great food friendly service at a fair price! Always try to stop when I am in town. Took 3 ND students there for their first time and I am sure they will be back with their parents in the future

Large portions of amazing cakes...blueberry, buttermilk, even Swedish pancakes with Lingon berries! Not enough time to try everything...but the Apple pancake, as described on their menu, "A three inch thick pancake filled with fresh apples and covered with a pure cinnamon sugar glaze. " will be worth a return trip.

Stumbled onto this place while driving through. Large portions, fixed just right. NOT low calorie! Hash and eggs were excellent -- and I'm not a hash brown person, but I ate them all!

Thank Bruce M
