This is a family-owned place with great, authentic Mediterranean food at a great price. It's my go-to place for lunch, less than two minutes' walk from Purdue Union. The chicken shwarma is my favorite dish. The family and servers are friendly and welcoming.

I had the Chicken Biryani which was incredibly flavorful and well made. My friend and I shared the falafel and enjoyed it immensely. The soup served with it was amazing as well. Downsides include the service being slow and just okay. I would love to come back and try some more!

Blue Nile is great! Serving authentic Mediterranean food full of flavor! Portions are great! We ordered meals for 4 for take out during the summertime (when things are usually quiet) and were surprised how slow it was, though.

This restaurant was one of my favorites while I was living in WL. Every time that we went, we were treated very well by the owners. Dishes are very big, but you can always take it home! :)

We're a bit of Baba Ghanouj snobs. Got spoiled by a couple of restaurants where only the mother's were allowed to make the dish and from fresh eggplant adjusting for each eggplant. That's what Blue Nile must be doing as the Baba Ghanouj was excellent. My next favorite dish was the Maklouba fried vegetables. It didn't sound good but I... More

We were in town for a conference at Purdue and wanted Mediterranean food, so we checked out TripAdvisor and read about Blue Nile. When we decided to check it out, we weren't sure we were in the right place since there was a hookah lounge called the Egyptian Cafe. We went in and checked out the menu and decided that... More

This is one of my favorite places to eat in West Lafayette. The owners are very friendly and I find the food to be flavorful and filling. Occasionally there are issues with the service (food too slow to come out or you have to wait awhile to place your order), but I still love coming back. The combo kebab dinner... More

When ever we need a Middle East Food fix, this is the place we come. The atmosphere is homey, the food outstanding and the price is reasonable, especially for the combo plates. Plan to take home a doggy, bag, but then eat it yourself and give the dog, dog food. Sure the dog will cry, but it is worth it.

Mediterranean food. Filling and worth the money in case of non vegetarians. A different cuisine among the available options in the campus.
