If you want the very best and are willing to pay the absolute top dollar fees, then the Grand Harbor Hotel and Tony Roma's are your places to go. The location along the river is beautiful. The building is grand. The food is expertly prepared. I am totally impressed. But I feel it is too expensive.

When we arrived, the main hostess "K" was a scatterbrain. She is not able to handle the job and should be switched to something like table bussing. You need to know your tables, your staff, your turnover, etc. I do not want to hear you discuss everyone's needed arrangements. Just take my name and call me when you're ready. Instead--an... More

There was a good variety of items on the menu. We ate the breakfast buffet on both weekend days we stayed. It was nothing special but adequate to feed a family of 4. The wait staff is not consistent. The first morning we ate we had nothing but great service but the second morning we barely saw our server and... More

Turnover in staff is highest in the city. We eat out nightly, and used to eat here monthly or more. Management needs to get a handle on this aspect to fix the poor reviews. Food is fine, hot, prepared, good presentation and flavor at reasonable prices. Nice ambiance in bar area for adults, not for kids, who belong in dining... More

We went in on a Saturday night the Host was rude and snippy when I told him how many people we had. then when we got seated in a booth which I don't like but had no other option because we were told that's all that was available and to us it seemed like they were putting everyone with kids... My family and I went to Tony Roma's for dinner and then again for breakfast the next day. When we first got there, we were seated and our waitress came over to get our drink order. Everything went down hill from there.....She brought extra drinks other then what we asked for. She barely even came back to the table after... More

Really enjoyed our stay at the resort, even without using the waterpark. Loved this little restaurant and all the people that work there.

My family enters the restaurant and as no one is at the front desk, we are overlooked. Host comes Back and skips us to ask others for seating. Again, overlooked. Then we order food only to find out 2 plates are unavailable. Hence another wait. We are ordering 3 bowls of soup and two hamburgers. 45 minutes later and 2... More
