One of the best breakfasts I enjoyed. The potatoes with peppers and onions were so good, my husband kept stealing mine. Pancakes with pecan syrup were perfect. Eggs done well to my satisfaction.

We had originally planned to eat lunch at the Village Inn; but a projected 25 minute wait to be seated had us decide to try the IHOP up the road. We (party of 9, plus infant) were seated after a 10 minute wait at IHOP. The table situation was funny: I informed the hostess we'd have 9 plus an infant.... More

Place was not that bus but had to wait quite a while for food which was good. One of us got a senior discount. Think they could use more help as I think the three included the cook

We arrived and were the only two in the building besides the workers. A cook who was taking a break in the seating area he seated us. Very friendly man. Then it was roughly five minutes before server came. The food was fantastic service was better as time went.

They were pretty slow for a Saturday morning. Had a breakfast combo. There wasn't anything that was extraordinary. I like my eggs over medium well. It seems like whenever I order them out like this I always get over easy with some whites not all the way cooked. Not sure how a "breakfast" restaurant can seem to mess this up.

We stopped there for lunch on our way back to WI with our grandkids. The service was terrible. The kids menu is overpriced. We got seated at 12:10pm, ordered within 5 mins of sitting down but it took 45 mins to get our food. We ordered nothing fancy. There was 2 adults and 2 children in our party. The waitress... More

After shopping in the Dubuque area we stopped here for an early supper. Restaurant was clean and we were greeted shortly after arriving. the food was excellent. The waitress took our order timely but never asked about refills on drinks or appeared until the check was due. Phone rang for a very long time before it was answered.

I don't know if all IHOPs are this way but the one in Dubuque is pretty dirty and the service is bad. The food itself is not very good and overpriced. Don't get anything that isn't a pancake. The late hours are about all it has but I don't think this location is even open 24/7. Just go to Perkins... More
