The building is beautifully restored. The food is always amazing and the drinks are great, too. I love their Bloody Mary's. The service has always been wonderful.

Whenever we travel to Dubuque we make it a point to get at least one meal from the Pepper Sprout. great pairings of wine, fine libations and wonderfully prepared dessert all enhance the selections of fine food. Best to make a reservation though.

My Mom and I both enjoyed eating at this upscale Midwestern eatery. I wanted to try a local restaurant with a Midwestern sensibility and the Pepper Sprout perfectly fit the bill!

Great, welcoming small place with a full bar in the front. Had the best sirloin I have had in my life - perfectly seasoned, perfectly cooked. I was told the chef does her own butchering. The sides were great and the dessert was good, too!...More

To celebrate our 30th anniversary we were staying at the Redstone Inn. Robert, the owner, suggested we celebrate by dining at the Pepper Sprout, an easy walk from the Inn. We were seated, drink orders taken and then we were presented with our menus. The...More
