We frequent coffee shops, and restaurants in Dubuque and around the world, Manna Java has it all. A bakery that rivals European pastries and breads of all kinds, with new items added to the menu throughout the year. Pizza, of all sizes, that have been a staple for years. Coffee and Latte's etc that are made and delivered from imported... More

The sisters were cooking and boy was the Apollonia and macaroni salad super great today! Even though it's my favorite any day made by anyone.

The Apollonian sandwich is simply the best open-faced sandwich I've ever had. My boyfriend is Turkish and he said it reminded him of home.

This restaurant was located in the most interesting historical building with shops and displays explaining the history of Roshek's department store - take time to stroll through it after your delicious meal.

Very nice place and delicious food. Everything was great until the waiter just stood there waiting us to write the tip on the receipt which we found a little rude.

This upscale casual spot is probably the best lunch spot I've found in downtown Dubuque. Situated on a corner, and with access to a beautiful old renovated department store first floor, you have access to quick and affordable takeout. I dropped in for a two pizza slice with drink special for $5.50. Best thin crust I've had since I moved... More

I asked for a vanilla latte with whole milk and got one with skim milk. Even after having a conversation with the barista about how I think whole milk makes the coffee better, he gave me skim milk anyway. I tasted it and walked back to ask him if he made it with skim. He sheepishly said, we don't have... More

Never disappointed. The appollonia is my favorite but the BLT is the BEST. Egg sandwiches to go in the am can't be beat. Great service. Great coffee. Pastry's are delicious and there is always pizza to go at lunch whether you are on a time crunch or just want some great pizza. I like to sit in the front facing... More

Good food, good service. The coffee was a might stout, but I like mine mild. Black olives in the macaroni salad was a pleasant surprize. Nice creativity in flavor combinations.
