Second visit here Thin crust pizza was good. It's always busy and with the Vine next door, parking can be an issue. Seating is close together but service was good and attentive. Nice options on menu.

The pizza was very good, but the fish and chips are really remarkable. The fish batter is very crispy and tasty and the pieces are generous. The fries and slaw are fine, but the fish is the real star.

We ordered a thin crust pizza, and the pizza sauce tasted bland to us and the crust was underdone. I'm thinking this place might be more of a deep dish pizza type of place? The atmosphere is the usual (and somewhat tired) English pub motif.
The pizza here is the bomb! Also, the wait staff is very knowledgeable about the various beers and mixed drinks. Outside patio is pleasant, and inside has access to multiple tv's. This place is iconic in Iowa City, and we have never been disappointed.
The flying tomato and the thin crust pizza are standouts at this establishment! Tons of toppings, cheese, and terrific crust options. Takeout is typically a 40-50 minute wait but it's well worth it. Their flying tomato taco pizza is a Sublime experience! Bon Appetit!
