Cozy pub atmosphere with an Irish flare. Burgers and salads are good mainstays. Good selection of popular beers on tap.

Just had one drink as our server wasn't in the mood to be a waitress. Fun atmosphere with lazy waitress.

Went here for lunch on a Friday as we had a gift certificate that the place donated to Dance Marathon, an organization that supports families with kids with cancer. Busy. Sat ourselves. Took a bit to be waited on, but Henry was very pleasant. Food came out piping hot. My ahi tuna sandwich was thick and very tasty with mozzarella... More

Our family had a fun, tasty lunch here. No frills, but the food was good and the beer list kept me happy. Had a rueben with clam chowder, my daughter had a great, messy grilled cheese with avocado and fried egg. My son's mac and cheese was just ok, and my wife liked her quesadillas.

Then this is the place for you! Three of us had burgers and we're very unhappy with the food. However, one of us ordered mac and cheese and loved it!

I think some of the previous reviewers have been a bit tough. It's bar food, people! We had good service and tasty food. It's not gourmet, but it IS good.

My husband and I come here at least once a month either to watch the Hawkeye play, celebrate St. Pat's, or wanting great fish and chips, or the Rueben Egg Rolls.

We've been here a few times and it's always good. I like the ruben egg rolls! Great batter on the fried pickles, too. Nice beer selection and cool atmosphere. I love the tables in the window.

Have been going to Mickey,s since the mid-80s and still love it. College crowds for happy hour and evenings, you see couples and families on the weekends. Irish pub atmosphere, beautiful bar and stained glass skylights in the back. Free popcorn. Beers including Irish imports, standard well drinks. Pub food - very good burgers and sandwiches on fresh baked breads-... More

Wrestling weekend in Iowa City means every place is packed between sessions. We happened upon Micky's Pub just by walking by. Even though it was packed we got great service and the best sandwich I've ever had! I went with the aha tuna, which was covered with cheese and mushrooms and came with a side of fries. I would definitely... More
