In all our years of traveling, this is the worst place we have ever eaten. We really should have just turned around and left as soon as I smelled the smoke. The FIRST thing you smell when you open the door is cigarette smoke. A lot of it! Smoking section is in the front of the restaurant, so you have... More

This is a quaint little restaurant in a very nice and old fashioned part of town. The servers were very nice and the food was good!

The food was great. Smaller buffet and had a decent selection. Price wasn't too bad either. It was $8.95 for the dinner buffet. The only thing I didnt like was that people are allowed to smoke inside the restaurant. Being from a state where this is not allowed, we are not accustomed to this. Overall, this was a decent place... More

I eat here often and it's always good food. Chose buffet or order from the menu. Building is old and not handicap accessible and they still allow smoking in certain areas. That being said if you want some good comfort food... GO, you won't want to miss this.

We went to the Watermill on a Sunday at about 1:00. The restaurant was busy. There was fried chicken, fish and pot roast as well as mashed potatoes and several side dishes. It was country cooking at its finest. Everything was delicious. For dessert, there was homemade peach cobbler and homemade banana pudding; both were fabulous. The price was under... More

In fairness it was toward the end of the lunch hour on a weekday but several of the buffet items were empty and the serving area had not been cleaned up, so food was slopped everywhere. Also at least half of the tables had not been cleaned off and were still not cleaned when we left. The meat offerings were... More

Buffet for Thanksgiving, was good and diverse. Turkey was delicious not too dry, the side was ok ad dessert was. It was very busy, so the lady behind the register was a bit tired. She pushed too many buttons on the register. Check your bill..

We went for lunch after visiting the Mammoth Cave. This place was recommended . We didn't want the buffet because we didn't want that much food. I had a B.L.T. It was o.k. Lots of bacon but I couldn't eat it since it was too crispy. I know some people like their bacon crispy so it's just a personal preference.... More

Good price on a salad bar and buffet. The salad bar had good fresh lettuce and other items. I'd like to have oil & vinegar for the dressing but didn't see any. The grilled cheese was good too. It is just a basic small town old mom and pop style restaurant. Great for feeling nostalgic. You get the feeling everyone... More

Smoking is allowed in the restaurant. We sat in the back nearest non smoking as we could. Food is o.k. except for fish , which was good. Its all pretty basic. Only place in town really to eat so not much else yo say.
