Had a wonderful time at Grace Cafe for lunch last week. I love the philosophy and mission of giving back to the community. The receptionist was a little curt but warmed up after a few minutes. Prices are a little hight but for the cause...More

The concept of this restaurant, "No One Goes Hungry" It is pay what you can or work for your food. Even with that or because of that it has great food and atmosphere. I enjoy eating here.

Grace Cafe allows a diner to pay for a meal, not pay, or pay more so that someone else can dine. The food is surprisingly delicious, based on local ingredients, wholesome and hearty. A bowl of vegetable soup served with grilled bread was a lifesaver...More

This is the third of the "community cafe" type place that I have been able to try in my travels. The gist of this place is local foods, but with a twist of being able to give back be it via donations or volunteering. The...More

This is a nonprofit on a mission to make sure everyone eats, every day. (Go to their website for more information on how they do that.) Don't let the nonprofit or mission fool you -- this is really good food, with both home-cooking and gourmet...More

We were in town for a couple days and everyone recommended this cafe. It is voluntary pay and uses local produce and meat sources to create a wonderful changing menu. Salads, vegetarian entrees along with many other options. It is in an old house and...More

I've been coming here since Grace Cafe opened. It never disappoints! Nice people, reasonable prices (I always give them an extra twenty bucks, in "pay-it-forward" fashion, and it still feels like a bargain), lovely setting, great food--and by patronizing this place, you're doing a good...More

Cannot speak highly enough about the quality and flavor of my first meal at Grace Cafe. It was just what I needed. My husband and I each had a different sandwich and we shared a cup of soup and small salad. Just scrumptious! Fantastic experience...More

Great food, atmosphere, and a great cause. Pay what you can, volunteer if you're broke, and the food is awesome! The menu is daily specials of locally procured ingredients, bread from local bakery, all fresh.
