Staff is nice. Place pretty clean. Everything was decent, except the chicken was very nasty. Breadsticks were good.

We generally like Fazoli's, and love the Richmond Rd. Lexington location, but sadly we came to Elizabethtown on a day when the staff was short & frazzled and the patronage overwhelming right after Christmas. The lady at the counter was pleasant & accomodating, thank you!,...More

this is good food and they are speedy, so if you are in a hurry this is the place. The staff is nice and the restaurant is clean.
I love eating at most Fazoli's restaurants, but this one has some work to be done to be the quality of others. Had sub and bread was about to the point of burnt, overall quality of food was not up to par.

The staff was awesome and the cashier kept the breadsticks coming, which everyone loved. Food was good, especially the twice baked lasagna and chicken Parmesan.
Not my first option but my grandson wanted to go here for lunch. the food was good and priced about where it needs to be for lunch. The counter ladies were nice and everything came to the table as ordered.
