Service was superb. Great food. Now the sweet white bread they brought out was simply some of the best homemade bread I have ever eaten. I had the short rib stew and it was delectable. Everyone around me was raving over their food.

We spent several hours at the Shaker Village, followed by dinner reservations at the Trustees' Table. The food and service was excellent! This is a farm-to-table type of place and we loved every single thing we ordered. We both had salads and chicken dishes that...More

Reservations were made for lunch when I arrived at Shaker Village for my tour. This being a cold week day and being alone made this easy to do. If you are with a group or touring during a busy season, I suggest calling ahead. The...More

We had lunch on a winter Saturday at 1:30 and it was pretty full, and even more so when we left at 2:30, so get reservations. The menu is limited, made with local and fresh ingredients, and delicious. The menu also rotates frequently. The venue...More

I love Shakertown at Pleasant Hill. I was surprised at the small size of servings. The slaw was in a small bowl for four people. We were not offered more. Main dish and fruit cup were very small.

I actually included comments about the restaurant in my review of Shaker Village of Pleasant Hill, without realizing I could review the restaurant on it's own. The Trustees' Table is contained in one of the restored 19th century buildings located on this property. The building...More

We ate here because we were visiting the Shaker Village. They only had a buffet and the food was not very good. The desserts on the other hand were awesome, especially the lemon pie. Maybe the regular menu is better. It was nice to eat...More

Many years ago my mother and I ate at your restaurant after visiting Shaker Village. We ate some peaches that were wonderful. I don't believe it was any pie or anything like that. Seems there may have been nutmeg, cinnamon, peaches, etc. Do you still serve that dish and if so, could you give me the recipe. My Mom has passed now and I would like to reminisce that recipe and the time we ate there together. It was a simple recipe but flavors were excellent. Don't get me wrong... the food was wonderful but the peaches were MMMM good. Thank you for anything you can do regarding this dish. Hope to visit you again in the future. Sincerely, Shirley White
