An excellent pit stop for walkers and cyclists. There is an outdoor area where dogs are welcome. Walkers welcome with a place to leave muddy boots and poles safely. The tables by the windows have stunning views over to Wales and a sheet on each table explains which peaks are which, great entertainment for kids. Clean and roomy loos. Food... More

There is such an excellent selection of food from sandwiches to breakfasts. They cater for people with Celiac diet needs, and the breads they provide are excellent, Service is very good, allowing one time to select. And the views are just brilliant. It is always such a good experience to go for such tasty meals or tea - even if... More

Sadly I am in agreement with the other reviews here - and have also not ever been moved to write a negative review. I visited with a friend - the place was very busy at the end of lunchtime. It took over 40 minutes to bring coffee and then another 10 to bring the simple sandwiches we had ordered. Other... More

I was saddened by my visit to the Kettle Sings this afternoon - my friend and I had just been for a lovely walk on the hills and decided to go for a drink at the cafe. It was 20 minutes before closing time, but the lady serving us made sure we knew that we'd have to "be gone" soon.... More

Dear girls, First of all I would like to, on behalf of all the team members, address our appreciation of your liking to the Kettle Sings and your repeated custom during the last year or so. I was made aware of the disappointing incident on Wednesday 19th April, as well as all of the previous visits of yours that were... More

Seriously unimpressed You want a smaller meal? Tough! You want low fat or fat free milk? Tough! You order something specific? We'll bring you what WE want to give you! Mushrooms? More like wooden replicas! Service with a sneer! Only good if you really have no other choice of eatery!

Whenever we walk on the Malvern Hills we treat ourselves to a cuppa and snack at this lovely cafe/restaurant. They have a great selection of food, pleasant staff and wonderful views of the Malverns from their conservatory.

We used to patronise this cafe in the days when it was superbly run with fantastic food and great Sunday roasts. It was taken over a few years ago, and went downhill. However, it has now been sold again and the slide downwards continues. The 'soup' is half a bowl of chemical tasting, greasy muck, served with stale bread in... More

£7.50 (?) for a 'veggie breakfast'. Yet no veggie sausages or veggie bacon etc. Seems to be just a normal breakfast but without the meat. I suggest Wetherspoons if you want a real veggie breakfast and, for only £4 something. £4.80 (?) for a sandwich! Yes, it came with a small side salad but honestly, that's pricey. Tea for one... Had an early lunch, or late breakfast here, it was a lovely place to sit and enjoy the views, but it was on the expensive side for me, sweet, beautiful , but expensive
