Popped in for lunch. Seated and drinks order taken. Both opted for the carvery. Beef was perfect. Potatoes excellent. Good range of fresh veg. Service was brilliant and prices good. Will definitely be going back.

Headed to the Bunbury Arms for a Monday night Carvery. Nice pub inside with nice and friendly staff. The food was fine and we were not disappointed - the value was incredible. It was busy which shows how much people enjoy it. A solid performance won over by the price

Nothing to fault here. The Bunbury arms is always there for me when I need a good carvery. We popped in without booking. We were seated straight away. Got drinks. Got our carvery. Job done. Always great food. Thank you

After being recommended The Banbury Arms for their Carvery we decided that we would give it a go as we do enjoy a good Carvery. We rang and booked a table for 18.30. We arrived and got seated straight away. When it came to ordering drinks I asked if they served Non Alcoholic cider (kopperberg) and got the reply "all... More

Popped in and had the carvery which was really good. Plenty of choice of vegetables and 3 different meats. Friendly staff. I will definitely be calling again.

The pub/restaurant is actually a pleasant place to visit, the decor is nice as are the staff. I have no complaints over either of these and this is the sole reason it got a 2. Everything is quite nice as long as you don't decide to actually eat anything ... Dinner this evening consisted of The Soup of the Day... More

After 5-6years between visits, we returned here after staying over at the local Caravan Club Site. The pub is within spitting distance of the large retail shopping village Cheshire Oaks. Notably although the area is littered with other pubs and eating establishments, they are all national corpororatly owned or franchised units, and mostly somewhat serve what I call ding-ding pre-prepared... We were seated in appropriate time and were having a lovely carvery, until we decided to have a dessert. The two of us waited around half an hour for our plates to be cleared and to receive our menus to order dessert. I then decided to get my own menu from the bar, to find I still didn't receive any... Went as a family of five. Ordered a vegi alternative to the roast and was told the gravy would be on the table but this arrived half way through the meal . not great quality meat and vegetables but as a basic pub meal it was ok the staff were inexperienced but friendly and did genuinely try to help
