Penn station is better, Jimmy Johns is cheaper Food is not fresh I saw the employees handle uncooked cookies without gloves The brownie is extremely dry Soggy meat, Over toasted bread The meatball sub is bland I spotted mini mold on a piece of ice while drinking water The service is superficial The mangers are extremely emotional and stressful. Super... More

The sandwiches here are always put together nicely and correctly, delivered to your table with a smile and a thanks for coming! I have even been when it is jam packed and nowhere to sit but still got great food and service!!! The store is always very clean and well stocked! This is my location of choice in Lexington!

Love Firehouse Sub's delicious sandwiches and very friendly service! We were out with our new puppy, and the staff couldn't have been more accommodating. Although dogs are not allowed inside the restaurant, they unlocked some chairs and a table outside for us to sit on their adjacent patio, which is a great place to enjoy your meals during nice weather.

I have been here one time and I will be back again. When I visited the first time there was a school group of kids there and the staff was excellent with all of the young kids running around. Food was awesome and done right with such a busy time.

A sub is a sub is a sub. I see little difference between Firehouse Subs and Quizno's---EXCEPT for the fact Firehouse has nearly UNLIMITED sauces to "experiment" with and endless varieties to suit one's taste. This visit the employee was knowledgeable and offered valuable advice to me---a novice---about they types and styles to add to my sub. I like spicy... More

I had the premiun roast beef sub on wheat . It was served hot with a pickle. The beef was tender and flavorful and was topped with provolone cheese. Firehouse Sub is a great place for the family. It's bright and open and is decorated with local firehouse gear. The servers fast and friendly. My wife and I will be... More

Visited here as we were going through the city and staying over. I was the only one in line and I had to wait 20 minutes for my single sub to be made. I took it back to the hotel which was only 3 minutes away and opened it up to find the bun soppy with the ranch dressing, there... More

We walked over to this Firehouse Subs from our hotel for a late dinner. Very fun place, food was good and there were so many choices!! The soda machine is WILD! It's a touch screen and very retro/modern all at once. Only complaint- the cherry limeade was icky. I think the "mix" in the machine wasn't set right. It was... More
