Delicious dinner! Ordered online and picked up. The chicken is amazing! The chaufa rice is great- liked chicken fried rice but with a Peruvian flare. Also got the plantains & black beans as a side. Highly recommend- does not disappoint
So I've been waiting for this restaurant to open in my neighborhood for weeks. I finally went yesterday. I was so disappointed. If you like real Peruvian food, stay away from this place. It's bland, watery, and just plain food with a little Peruvian spice....I will not return. So so disappointed. My husband said this is a chain, so maybe that's the problem. We ordered the Lomo, quarter white, yucca bites, and empanadas. The only thing I liked which is why I give it two stars was the appetizer. The Yucca bites were delicious. They are stingy with the sauces, unlike true Peruvian restaurants. Nonetheless the sauces are good, slightly watery but good. If you've never had Peruvian food, then you may enjoy.More
The sweet potato fries were the best I ever had. The chicken and sauces were good but I cannot say it is any better than Sams rotisserie chicken. Alittle pricey for the amount. It was nice that they gave a sample of the margarita before...ordering. I did not like any of the flavors and had minimal if any alcohol but there is a long happy hour so it may be worth it during those hours.More
I haven’t been at this place in awhile hoping gets better but apparently got worst. First, poor customer service. Took someone from work to have lunch, and service size portions were small. In my opinion, we totally got ripped off.
It seems more like a...kids meal. No real hot Peruvian sauce.
The owner should travel to Peru and check how a rotisserie restaurant serves food. Unless you change the way you do business don’t call or pretend to classify this place as a Peruvian restaurant option online.
I feel sorry for the people who eat there, what bad image they may have from the Peruvian food.More
We tried Carali's for the first time last night and were pleasantly surprised. The place was very clean and the menu was refreshingly simply and surprisingly good. You order at the counter, but then they bring the food out to you. I ordered the Carali's...Sandwich with fries and thought it was very good. My wife really enjoyed the stuffed avocado salad. If you are looking for some place different, this is definitely worth a try.More
Made another trip to Caralis today for lunch. Their Peruvian chicken is marinated and cooked over lump charcoal. As usual it was phenomenal. And the freshly prepared french green beans and broccoli are crazy good as well. If you haven't eaten here you are missing...out on the beat rotisserie chicken you will ever eat!More
