Busy spring Saturday night, the line was pretty long but flowed quickly. The current flavors were displayed, but several of the seasonal flavors required an explanation and nowhere in line could they be found. there was a digital display with some great images but the message was vague and difficult to understand. I think it would help speed service if... More

The ice cream is always delicious!!! Always a great variety to pick from. I received an email saying I had until April 7th to use my old reward and the lady that waited on us rudely replied they no longer honor that as there is a new rewards program, handed me my receipt and walked away. The young man that... More

You know this is a great ice cream place when the line is super long on a cold winter day. It's open year round and you'll find the best flavors of ice cream plus other treats. It's got unique fun decor sure to make you smile.

Such excitement at the opening of The Comfy Cow on Frankfort Ave. We went a lot--actually too much. Our last few visits have been disappointing. The quality of the ice cream has fallen. And the service at the counter was less than stellar. They don't seem to be excited about their work as they once were. But the place is... More

Wow! I've never been the type to get excited about going out for ice cream (what's the point if there's a quart in the freezer?). Well, I've seen the light. Comfy cow is just delicious. The flavors were so rich, and the ice cream so smooth and creamy. We tasted a few flavors, and they were all so good it... More

Delicious ice cream in a cozy atmosphere. Superb quality and a myriad of options: exclusive flavors, toppings, sundaes, cakes, etc. Definitely a must see place in Louisville

The atmosphere is fun and unique and the ice cream is what everyone loves. We especially like when they have seasonal flavors with fun names. We visit the location on Frankfort Avenue and parking can be an issue when going st peak times. Super friendly employees too

I visited twice and loved the flavours. I tried the sweet potato pie/salted caramel (50/50) and the brown butter peanut brittle. Prices were high (for the Canadian exchange rate) however definitely a nice treat during the evening.

Nice selection of very good ice cream. Probably the best in the area. Nice little indoor and outdoor tables. Great place for after lunch or dinner treat.
