The Dakota restaurant was a pleasant surprise. After a rather slow day a good meal was in order. I was taken aback by The Dakota. I've never heard of this place, but it is on par with any of the "named" locations around the country....More

Reservations for NYE. Fixed course menu. 3 hours for dinner to be completed. Food sent back, Slow service. The chef should be embarrassed. Staff failed as well. Good luck moving downtown. Never Again.

The food is incredible, the atmosphere inside is very elegant, the bathrooms are clean, it is pricey, but it's definitely fine dining.
