Our waitress was amazing!! She made the visit special for us by tending to us like we were the only ones there. The food was exceptional!

I've reviewed this restaurant before, and still feel the same about the food. It's not the best I've had, but it is always good. The last time I reviewed Olive Garden in Lafayette, I commented that the carpet had a sour smell. When we ate there recently, that smell was much subdued than before. We will continue to eat there.... More
We usually just get the soup and salad. We love their soups. The restaurant is usually clean. However, last time we went I had to ask someone to clean the floor under our table before I could sit down. There was noodles on the floors. Other than that I love this place. Always go there when we are in town.
Food was wonderful. Nice atmosphere and a pleasant overall experience. The only negative was the waitress had to be reminded twice to bring our salad and bread and they forgot one of our appetizers. The main course made up for it and I would go back.
I was hesitant to return with friends for lunch since the food and service was subpar at our previous visits. The wine was good and the restaurant was clean, but the slow service and bland appetizers and entree left something to be desired.
I need to say first, we used to love the Olive Garden. But the last several times that we've visited, the food has just gone downhill. As it has been, the dishes were lacking with sauces. Went on Sunday with my family for dinner and everyone enjoyed their meal. The salad and French bread is really good & you can tell them to leave out ingredients that you don't want in your salad. you can also order different salad dressings if you don't care for Italian. The food is great but the service is slow. All... More
The food was pretty good. Everyone enjoyed their soup, salad and breadsticks. The restaurant really needs to be cleaned up. Particular attention needs to be paid to keeping the floors clean during rush hours and keeping the tables cleared and cleaned. The service was adequate and our server was very nice and friendly.
For a national chain, you expect the food to be pretty much the same everywhere. What is specific to particular restaurant is related to customer service. The place was not busy when we arrived, but it took 15 minutes to be seated! The hostess excuse was we had to wait for a table to be cleared. After being seated, service... More
