We are from Colorado but kept hearing how great "Canes' is from our daughter who attends college here. We were pleasantly surprised that it lived up to the hype. You have to have Cane Sauce--and know they just do chicken--but that is all they have to do--it's so good! The lemonade is the best I have had--not too sweet. People... More

Some of the best food for the price. If I get food anywhere else and spend around $8 bucks, I find myself thinking, "I cld have just gone to canes!" I eat there on a weekly basis, and I have friends who eat there more than that. They stick with what they know best, and that is chicken, and they... More

We enjoy coming to this Raising Canes when we are in this town. The wife loves the sauce (even on the fries) and found the slaw to be fresh and creamy today. This is not always the case. The normal complaint is the dining area iis always on the cool side. The cashier (Savannah) give you beverage cups when you... More

We come to this particular Raising Cane's and find it very consistent in quality. We stopped here and were again pleased not only with the food but the service. The sauce is really great. The main complaint is that the room temperature can be cold and with ceiling fans it seems even worse. This visit was great temperature wise. We... More

Very disappointed in disinterested service, followed by serving of chicken that was still dripping and glistening with grease. I usually like Raising Cane's, but not this location, certainly not on this visit.

Ordered a 4 piece- slaw must not be made in house, taste like SAMs slaw ( terrible ) chicken was greasy and the breading falling off (not good) sauce was ok... Hey Man in Moss Bluff is way better and has more choices.

We love this place. It's all about the sauce and sweet tea. I just wish they had dessert...even just a cookie. I've been several times and never had a bad experience. Always fresh food and friendly service.

We'd never been to one of these, so when lunchtime fell upon us on our drive back from New Orleans to Houston and we saw this on an exit sign, we decided to give it a whirl. We almost left when we discovered that the menu contains literally nothing other than fried chicken "fingers" (if a chicken has fingers, wouldn't... More

had to eat here twice in one day--but the chicken was well prepared and it was fast. The first time, by myself, people were in here in their Sunday best. After the soccer tournament, my daughter was craving Texas Toast and Cane's sauce, and I did not mind going back. great unsweet iced tea. Almost across from McNeese.

The location is across the street from McNeese State University. The staff eagerly greets when you walk in the door. The manager has always come by and checked to make sure everything is satisfactory. The food is very tasty and consistent. One of the better fast food restaurants in Lake Charles.
