I eat here at least twice a week since 2013. I have absolutely ZERO complaints on anything this place offers, the best hamburger, daily specials are awesome and they have the best value for po-boys. If you haven't been, you need to try them out. What are you waiting for?

You have to try their roast beef po'boy, fully dressed with gravy. Wear short sleeves, this is a 3 napkin and a squeegee sandwich. Delightfully messy and excellent all the way down to the last bit of crust you sop up the dripping with. My favorite po'boy anywhere.

Great restaurant ten minutes from the Interstate. Casual. Love the unique decor. Fantastic hush puppies! Loved the catfish, the spaghetti, and the shrimp po boy.

KY's (Keith Young) used to be one of the places that was favored by everyone in Olde Town Slidell. Great food; great place to meet friends, have a cold one in the middle of the Louisiana hot summer days and almost a landmark. "Let's meet at KY's" was a very common thing to hear anywhere in Slidell. The place changed... More

We visited for dinner as we were passing through Slidell. All of us had Po' boys, two shrimp and one oyster. The bread was super, the shrimp was very good and the oysters were ok. Fries came with the meal and were very good. We all got a cup of gumbo which was good but could have used a bit... More

We just made a return trip to KY's Restaurant! Could it possibly live up to our first visit a few months earlier? You bet it did! After spending a week eating at some of the best restaurants in New Orleans, we ended our trip with this Slidell gem! Still the best shrimp I have ever eaten! We took friends and... More

While spending a couple nights in Slidell, we checked out Trip Advisor recommendations. As the other reviewers have also stated, this was very good. It was evident the locals frequent the restaurant. It was busy while we were there, but the servers were constantly active, so the wait didn't appear to be too long for anyone.

On my return home from Convent, LA I decided to check Trip Advisor for a place to eat. I knew I wanted to be outside New Orleans and chose Slidell. The name of the restaurant made me curious enough to want to try it. I ordered a cheeseburger and the fries with cheese, bacon, and sour cream. The service was... More
