Stopped for a late dinner recently while visiting from out of town. Parking lot was packed but the wait was minimal. We sat out on the back patio area but it was too dark to see anything. Our table had the Philly Steak (my husband said it was even better than the ones he had from the original place in... More

Food was amazing. Service was a bit slow, but we were sitting in a section that appeared to be a closed in porch that was kind of blocked off from the rest of the restaurant. The view from where we were sitting was beautiful.

We came here with family while visiting New Orleans. The view is wonderful, watching the boats and sunset on the water. We all got the Shrimp Platter special and it was amazing. Very plentiful and so good. Best shrimp I have ever had.

Food was average---service was so so. Boiled crawfish was yummy and inexpensive. Steak was good and average priced. The fried redfish with shrimp and mushroom sauce was excellent. Country fried steak (chicken fry in Texas) was great.

This place is a local gem. Always great at sunset. I always have fried oysters, onion rings and a Yingling beer.

Great view and very good food. Always consistent. The seafood gumbo is one of the best around... and that's coming from a true Cajun!
