Adorable restaurant, great (non-live) music, and the food is always, consistently, amazing. I would eat here every day if I could. Pulled pork and cornbread is a definite favorite.

I love Beale Street. I went with my brother twice and then solo. Everything was always perfect. My only complaint was that the ribs didn't have BBQ sauce. I really love BBQ sauce but it was still good. I'm planning on going again very soon.

Nice folks. Prompt service. BBQ in Maine, trying to imitate Southern cooking. It's Yankee cooking. Collard greens not cooked with ham? Big slabs of cornbread. Brisket sliced thick? BBQ sauce is kinda tame. Nice atmosphere, but not the real deal. Sorta pricey too

The BBQ was just too dry for me. Having grown up in the South, I'm a fairly good judge of BBQ and the meat should stand on its own. You should NOT need sauce. This was just too dry on this visit. And it's pretty expensive for a family BBQ joint. I'll give them another try and hope it was... More

Best ribs in Maine. Something for everyone on the menu. Everything must be fresh daily it's so good. Great dinner salads and the pulled pork is top notch. Great tap local beer selection.

This place has great food, a really nice menu and is my favorite place to eat in Bath. Been there 3 times now and always been more than pleased.

The Beale Street barbecue never disappoints. My favorite salad is their house salad with Mandarin oranges. There is a friendly, neighborhood feeling to the bar and restaurant. All their barbecue meats are tender and nicely seasoned and the staff is friendly and accommodating. Good place to take company that enjoys a relaxed atmosphere.

Warm food on a cold night! I couldn't turn down the smoked brisket shepherd's pie, with a side of fried green tomatoes. Tender chunks of brisket and a great spicy sauce for the tomatoes. We also had a great brisket cheddar sandwich and some tender smoked pork. The emphasis isn't on the smoky flavor, so don't look for too much... More

DELICIOUS! !! and great music. The ribs, jambalaya and mac and cheese with brisket were all awesome. Beware of the terminator it's to die for. The staff is great too.

Thank Donna F
