Great farm to table restaurant, but limited dinner service so reservations are definitely needed. Lots of vegetarian offerings, and some unusual items as well. All fresh, locally grown produce. The Indian dinner medley was much spicier than expected, so ask before ordering if you are sensitive to heat. The other entrée was very good, and filling. Had a simple dessert... More

This place has limited opening hours at least in the winter but it is worth waiting for. Great health food.

This is our second time and this time we drove 45 minutes out of way to eat their Sunday brunch. It was worth every minute of it. The food is fresh, lovingly prepared, coffee is superb. They have an on site bakery and, in the summer, an organic market in the back. This is food the way it's meant to... More

Stopped by on our way to Bar Harbor recently, what a find! We waited a few minutes for a table and were told they were short staffed, took a while to clean a table. That being said, the wait person came right over with our water with orange slice, told us of the daily specials, and later took our order.... More

Excellent lunch. Food was tasty, well-prepared. Staff were friendly and attentive. We decided to buy bread, sweet and savory tarts and cheese (from next door) for an in-hotel picnic!

Chase's always has fantastic options with lots of local ingredients. Their bakery is also top notch! My "beans and greens tacos" were amazing, as was the raspberry tart I purchased to go.

If you want a meal made with fresh, oftentimes organic ingredients, this place it worth a visit. They have a bakery and make their own bread (excellent, especially the round loaf), scones, biscuits, etc. In season, their farm provides fresh produce and it's the freshest around. Service used to be slow, but it's gotten much better this past year. Worth... More

This family run restaurant offers very healthy meals from fresh vegetables grown on its nearby far. Breakfast is superb, but be prepared that there are no meat items on the imaginative menu. We are weekend regulars whenever we are in town.

Unique offerings in a bustling cafe. A little confusing about table service and deli counter, but the food was excellent. Didn't know everything was vegetarian until I saw the menu, but I don't mind. Friendly toward kids, but no kids menu, unfortunately.

I have eaten here twice and both times I was less than pleased. The pizza was burned on the bottom, the tortilla soup was just onion soup with tortilla strips floating in it, the chocolate cherry cookies were overdone. The dishes look tasty but don't follow through in the tasted department. Would definitely try a different restaurant next time I'm... More
