When you have three meals in one week you know there is something special about a place. Granted it was the last week they were open and we felt pressured to get all the really delicious food we could. Owner/operator is a very gracious and...friendly person. All the staff really nice. My favorite is the haddock cake sandwich. Just the right amount of everything on it. The dill mayo is very tasty. I am sad they are closed for the season. Will definitely make an effort to come back here in future years.More

Been their twice in the last couple weeks and both times were very good. First time I got the cheeseburger and fries, the burger tasted like fresh ground beef and the fries were hand cut. Yesterday we got the lobster roll it was a little...pricey at $20 each but it was over flowing with lobster with much of it being claw meat it was very good, for goodness sakes!More

Roadside stand at a four corners with cars Parked around the block. We all ordered different food. The cheeseburgers were the best I have had in years. Just the right amount of grease cooked perfectly. The hand cut fries tasted like fair fries, crispy but...soft inside. My s/o had the haddock party and loved it. Try their bake goods as well the molasses cookie tasted like Grammies. Good ingredients and portions Reasonably priced. Run don’t walk....... only open a short time.More

Best Haddock sandwich around. BLTs where you can actually identify the bacon. Friendly staff and nice atmosphere. Only open in the summer.

Been going there for years when it used to be Fast Freds! Great burgers and fries. Super lobster roll and great haddock. This is an outdoor stand only open in the summer. nice people run it!, IN the middle of nowhere at the intersection of...the Castle Island Road and the West Road. Great prices. I'm on vacation in Maine for the week and this is exactly what I was hoping to find. I could eat here every day of our trip and not be disappointed. The lobster roll was overflowing with large chunks of fresh meat and the roll...was the perfect balance of vessel and buttery, toasted goodness. I sprayed the french bries with vinegar from a spray bottle (had never seen that before, a little overexcited about that). The owner is very kind and spent time with each customer, ensuring they were happy with their meal. There is also a lemonade stand on the property, adding fresh mint at your request. We heard their haddock cakes are also incredible, so I will be back for those tomorrow. Their last day open for the season is this Saturday (August 25, 2018), get there while you can, I know I'll be back!More

Stopped in for lunch after several people recommended... and we were not disappointed. Had a very tasty haddock cake sandwich. In Belgrade Lakes, there are several options.. most all being overpriced and below average. This is pretty much the best meal I have had in...the Village... and all served out of a food truck/shack!More
