This is the restaurant we reserve for our anniversaries. The lamb is amazing. The wines are varied and delicious. The service is great. Save this one for something special...or if you really need to say you're sorry...to make it to the next anniversary.

Nice building, candles in fireplace a nice touch. Quite dark but "romantic?" Excellent duck liver pate appetizer. I had crispy duck, my husband had rack of lamb. They were cooked well, sauce for lamb hard to find, duck skin not very crispy. This is a restaurant that emphasizes large portions of meat, vegetables are at most a garnish. Excellent service.... Excellent food in a beautiful 19th century house makes for a wonderful evening. The service was professional, friendly, and did not rush the meal. This place is a must if you are staying in the area.

This is the third time in 3 years I have been to this restaurant. Service is excellent and the locale is tastefully decorated and comfortable. The changing menu is always professionally presented and reliable. This year the guinea fowl was particularly tasty this year. Not inexpensive but worth it

Friends took us to this spot on a Friday evening. A pretty full house. All four in our party had different dishes. Seafood seems to be the specialty. All the food was great and they have a great wine list. If in the area, make it a definite stop.

We come to Blue Hill since many years and always enjoyed a nice dinner at Arborvine, however, this time we could not have been more disappointed; a couple of examples: tuna fish was on the menu and our guests asked, whether the fish could be cooked medium rare, the waiter answered 'no'. After we were in total disbelieve, he went... More
