Maybe the staff was worn out at the end of tourist season, but we couldn't have been more underwhelmed by our visit. There were only a few tables of customers, so we sat at the bar to sample some local oysters. (We'd had two dozen the night before, so we knew how good they were supposed to be.) These were... More

Had a great bowl of Steamers with sausage, top shelf garlic bread. The PO Boys with shrimp were made perfectly and the rolls were outstanding. Great spot with beautiful views.

Was totally taken back how wonderful the food and presentation was at a somewhat low key restaurant - will make this a must on next visit

Dinner was excellent, the service was good. The Only negative thing was the waitress didn't give us something to crack the lobster with

Like last year we sat outside overlooking the water. The oysters on the half shell were the best on the trip, plump, juicy, and the sauces they served were interesting and tasty. We got Selects and they were huge. We agreed we wouldn't try their jumbos! The clam chowder was excellent but the oyster stew was thin and not much... More

Had lunch here one sunny October day and was not disappointed. The oysters we chose were so much bigger than we expected and very tasty. I ordered a hot lobster roll which was tasty and done to perfection. My husband had the lobster salad roll which he said was great as there was very little mayonnaise....just a lot of tasty... More

Quiet dinner at the end of the season. Nothing special. Days later and I can't remember what I had eaten.

I ordered swordfish. It was unevenly cooked. My first few bites were over cooked. When I got to the middle it was undercooked. Overall, it lacked taste. The accompanying rice was just plain white rice; dry and tasteless. On the plus side, the service was very good and I enjoyed my pinot noir.

Having been drawn by the lobster over a wood fire, we opted for a late lunch. Nice atmosphere, deceiving large seating areas. The lobster did not disappoint, neither did the fried combo platter of scallops a whole clams. Their slaw and the fries were good, corn on the cob--so so. Our waitress, Kia was great. Upstairs seating gave a good... More
