Located in the heart of Brunswick amongst various shops and restaurants is the treat that is Gelato Fiasco. The highly efficient and accomodating staff are more than willing to let you sample any of their numerous flavors. Most people will ask for a combination of flavors, which the servers graciously and generously assemble for you. My favorite is half dark... More

There are so many flavors of gelato to choose from and each is thoughtfully created and named. A sample cup is plenty and I've had up to 3 flavors in one sample cup. The staff there are super friendly and welcoming. Go explore your taste buds with them!

But the review isn't about locations. My favorite creamery is Sherbet, then Baskin-Robbins (sherbet / Ice creme), then these folks. Great assortment, and the sherbets they offer a real good, REAL good. The gelato is also very good, but Sherbet for me:) I will say, I'm not sure why Baskin-Robbins can't make a go of it - most folks say... More

Website got me to come by. Employees really sold it. And the gelato was great. Was looking for a place to stop on a trip down the Maine coast. Saw their website and found it very clever, especially the bit about directions by helicopter (yes, helicopter). Intrigued I stopped by. There was a young man behind the counter along with... More

Best dang gelato I've ever had! We stop there every time we're in town. So many flavor choices that it's hard to decide, though staff will always offer a sample.

We've been Gelato Fiasco patrons -- members of the 'red spoon club' - since its opening, several years back. Whenever we crave a special sweet treat, GF is our destination. Great flavor selection, great service.

Absolutely delicious gelato with such unique and traditional flavors. Traveling through Italy I honestly did not taste any gelato that was better than this. You can get 2, 3, 4, flavors in one cup! My favorite is strawberry sorbetto with chocolate noir gelato; tastes like chocolate covered strawberry's only better! They also have a great coffee called "god of thunder",... More
