A trip down memory lane and delicious, hearty fare are only two of the many treats in store for you at A BLAST FROM THE PAST. Well worth the drive, this iconic diner offers amazingly delicious breakfasts and dinner plates filled to overflowing. We most often visit for breakfast, which has never failed to please, but last night's turkey dinner... More

My wife and I visit here often, mostly for breakfast. Lots of variety and combinations --eggs, hash, pancakes, fruit. Always fresh and prepared right. All other meals are good too, meat loaf, pasta.

Service was great but food was very bland. Very cold atmosphere. French fries cold burger was ok. Not our cup of tea

As a European, I loved this place for its atmosphere and interior design. The staff were very friendly, the meals excellent. For me it felt like Back to the future destination. After family dinner we also came back next morning for breakfast and both was great.

Stopped on a whim on our drive from North Conway, NH to Kennebunkport. Being English, we loved the 50's feel and decor and found the diner clean with a friendly, attentive waitress. Food was really good if you want an unfussy and simple meal. The all american bacon cheesburger and their pancakes (my wife and i shared) were very tasty... More

The food was just OK. Service was slow. Waitress tired and not real friendly or helpful. The wait for our meal was rather long. Floors not real clean. The place appears to have potential I think we hit it at a bad time between breakfast and lunch. Would consider trying lunch again possibly however not sure about breakfast

Regular diner food. Better food in Limerick a few miles North or Waterboro a couple miles south or a mile on 5 towards Portland at the gas station-pawn shop. They do have nice waitresses o-boy. Can't say much for the manager. I won't go back.

Just had an excellent home cooked meal. From start to finish everything was so delicious. I had the open faced hot turkey and the turkey was so moist. The gravy came on side which was nice to control how much gravy you like on your sandwich. Paired with truly homemade onion rings. The rolls were hot and delicious with a... More

Coming back from visiting the Marrett House in Standish, I had a late lunch here. I’ve eaten here several times and have always had good food. And, I always enjoy the classic 1950’s diner décor. See my previous review for details. This time, I ordered the Grilled Cheese Sandwich at $4.99. Tomato was 50 cents extra. With tax, the total... More
