We enjoyed dinner both times! I enjoyed the salt and pepper haddock, and the sauce was divine. The second time we ordered off the bar menu, my Ruben Sandwich with potato salad was delicious. He ordered Fish and Chips both times, so good. It was...fun sitting at the bar and the bartender was really helpful sharing local places she thought might be fun for us to visit once we move to Maine! We will be back soon!More

Went here on vacation to visit my brother-in-law. I ordered fish and chips off the menu at this Irish-style pub. I was brought a piece of fish that one would expect on a plate as a fish dinner and the rest of the plate was...full of potato chips, like one would get from a bag of potato chips. I asked the server if I could get french fries and was told they don't sell those. I ate the fish, I was hungry. It was a good piece of fish. No bad marks there. But it was not in smaller portions that one could eat with fingers. This fish could not be eaten without a fork. The server was very good. However, if one is going to run an Irish-style pub and offer fish and chips, it should look something similar to real fish and chips. I have traveled outside the USA and had real fish and chips. This was nothing like English or Irish food. Be very careful what you order here and ask questions. We stopped at a fast food place after leaving this place so I could satisfy my hunger.More

This is the fifth time I have stopped. They can't do a burger medium. They messed that up for the last three times, well done every time. This time she ordered a Ruben and they did not add my dessert. I had to go back...to get it. would not recommend Even takeout costs 70 dollars. Very, very disappointing. Stay awayMore

We ordered 1 fish poppers appetizer and 2 fish and chips plates. The fish was among the best we've ever had. Truly heavenly, including the poppers, which were very generous portions of real chunks of haddock. But we were sorely disappointed in the "chips." They...were potato chips, NOT french fries. No clue from the menu; they were called "Finn's own chips." Not only were they potato chips, but they were leathery and not at all good. "Fish and Chips" for $22 a plate without the actual chips? No. Just no. This review would be at least 4 stars, were it not for the deception about the chips.More

This place is a narrow building that appears was a house repurposed as a pub. The staff was friendly, quick, but busy. The menu isn't extensive, but our group of 4 found plenty of option. Good cocktails. as well. Not a lot of table, so...you may have a short wait.More

My husband and I were on vacation looking for a place close to our hotel. Finns was welcoming with fast service! My husband’s beef dinner was good and my Mac and cheese was excellent! I ordered Brussel sprouts on the side but they were lightly...sautéed and wicked hard. Other than the sprouts we would go back again!More

We order a burger and Shepherds Pie. Everything was very tasty, the atmosphere was like a pub and all the servers and bartenders were friendly and really hustled. Will return!

Bartender was not friendly, must have come from The Airline. Kitchen was a disaster. This place doesn't have the kinks worked out.

Their first night open so it was incredibly busy. Waited an hour for our food. But it was delicious! So glad they are open again.

Food is excellent: had the Mac & cheese, & husband had boiled dinner and both were done excellent. Went in for a quick lunch today and was served very quickly. Folks next to me at the bar had the beans and hotdogs and said they...were excellent. So happy to see Finn’s back. Thanks to Gary & Sharon.More

Thin on staff but service was good. Waitress was friendly. VERY small, but had a cozy atmosphere. Had the bangers and mash. Best sausage I’ve ever had. Was looking to go back, but they have posted on FB that they were closing.

Nothing special and not really that Irish. The mac n cheese was really gooey and kind of bland. The home made " chips " were tasty. Seats at the bar were terribly uncomfortable so we had to move to a table instead. Waitress was ok,...we went twice but won't go back. Overpriced for the mediocre quality.More

Friendly staff. Good food. But I I made the mistake of sitting solo at the bar to order takeout. 2 fine men walked up to stand behind me as I finished a glass of wine. They stood close behind and made sure to pressure me...to leave by commenting repeatedly that they wanted my seat. I acknowledged their comments and was told by them to move over for their convenience. I’m pretty sure they were raised on a barn and will hope Finn’s can find some better clientele. Not sure that’s possible in 2022. Manners are DEADMore

Perfect pub atmosphere with a great selection of food and drinks. We each had a different burger and all were delicious. I would definitely return to try some other meal options.

We recently were here for an early dinner. Previous reviews and word of mouth had us looking forward to trying it out. Too bad our experience didn't give us much to rave about... One appetizer of the Scotch Egg, was well cooked but the sausage...portion was extremely small. Also tried a bowl of the Clam Chowder - this was exceptionally good, with great taste (Not over salted) and with proper proportion of clams to potatoes. Unfortunately, the two entrees of Shepherds' Pie were truly disappointing, again a very small portion of meat at the very bottom of the dish, and a large portion of gravy on the top. If I had known in advance this is how it would be served, I would have for the gravy on the side. On a positive note, the wait staff was friendly and efficient.More
