I love The Homestead, it has such a great environment. Their food is amazing and the staff is great. Their Cream Horns and Hot Chocolate are amazing. I always ask for extra Whip Cream. The Whip Cream is homemade and sooooo good. If you are...in the Farmington area you should definitely stop.More

Excellent homemade food. Small space but they make it work. I hope they survive the small town hardships

Stopped based on the Trip Advisor reviews. I was just looking for a quick sandwich as I was traveling through solo. The waitstaff was super friendly and boxed up my lunch with plenty of care. I found a quiet picnic table to enjoy the fare....I had a chicken salad sandwich with coleslaw. Everything was home made. The bread was heavy and tasty, the coleslaw fresh and chunky. It was excellent. I would definitely stop here. The restaurant had indoor or outdoor seating and looked inviting.More

Good food and service - convenient to the Reny’s too. A nice place to grab a bite to eat while catching up on gossip with friends and family.

My husband and I stopped for lunch. We both had burgers and fries. Mine had bacon jam and cheddar cheese. It was excellent. His was a regular cheeseburger. Very good. The French fries here are the best I’ve ever had.

The setting was great. I enjoyed the live folk music while enjoying a delicious burger and fries. It's definitely a wonderful place to eat.

This place hasn't changed, which is good. Last visit about 7 years ago. This is a cozy place with tasty food with each dish served up in a special way. Gracious wait staff generally hard-working students from the U of Maine Farmington. This place is...a very homey place to come to eat in this wonderful central-Maine college town.More

After a long road trip we needed a place to stop on the way home. This was a pleasant surprise -- creative, well prepared food in a bright and clean atmosphere in "downtown" Farmington. There is an extensive lunch menu with local takes on international...cuisines, all reasonably priced. GF options abound (because it is a college town?).More

We went for dinner with two grandsons. They enjoyed their spaghetti. We were waited on by a very nice server and she was very efficient. Dessert was excellent. We then went to breakfast and the food was fine but the service was scattered. Too many...people and not enough help.More

I'm not sure. Call the restaurant to make sure it is open. It's a great place.
