My family and I visited here a couple of years ago (at the old location). We loved it then so had to return!! The new store is amazing, bright, spacious with lovely decorations! We selected several flavours of Whoopie Pies for family and friends! You can't go wrong with the Classic but the Black Forest might be my new favourite!!

We had a chocolate dipped whoopie and I am a chocolate lover. Unfortunately the coating was waxy and the furthest thing from chocolate I have ever tasted ....it was tasteless. I had wanted to try them for years since they used to advertise on the Phantom Gourmet and I guess I will just stick with my own homemade when I... More

The shop is decorated in a fun style. Dozens of flavor combinations, only $2.!!!!! (They could easily get more.). I was happy to see $1. Mini-Pies, perfect size. Full size is 680 calories! I'm glad the mini had no calorie count on the pkg.

We had to try Wicked Woopies since that is the Maine dessert. I had an original mini (perfect size!!), son had strawberry, other had maple and hubby had peanut butter. They were all very good but very sweet. The mini is really all you need or even split a mini. We did not want anything sweet at all for the... More

I've been ordering Wicked Whoopies for special occasions for years. Stopping by the brick and mortar location was great. The treats were awsome

The name says it all. I have never been to a retail outlet where all they sell is whoopie pies. I remembered seeing these listed on an Oprah List of must haves, but hadn't had the chance to try one. What we expected to be a 5-10 minutes detour for a quick snack while shopping ended up lasting 30 minutes.... More

Boyfriend and I stopped in for a treat while spending the day in Freeport. We both thoroughly enjoyed everything about Wicked Whoopies. The original and chocolate chip pie was delicious! I loved that they had milk for sale to enjoy your pies with. At $2 a pie, you can't go wrong. I hope we will be back to try some... More

Apparently this is a well known thing in Maine. You should stop in and try a "mini" at least. They are very good.

Lots of flavors of whoopie pies to try for $2 each for big ones and $1 each for mini size. I am from PA Dutch Country so I have high standards for whoopie pies and these do not disappoint!

When I come to Maine, I always have to have three things- lobster, an italian, and a whoopie from Wicked Whoopies. My family likes them so much, a friend sends us a dozen every Christmas. They're the best whoopies in Maine, and although I was opposed to going non-traditional with all the flavors, I found several that I like as... More
