Pleasant food and drink in a bar setting opening to the pool and the ocean. I do like going there. The service is good. Friendly. Sometimes they get too busy though.

This is located in the Colony Hotel. It is a bar with TV's and they have wonderful service. Highly suggest going here if you stay at the Colony.

Delicious dinner here during a trip in July 2016. The service was very good and the location was convenient (we were staying at the Colony). The prices were a little more expensive than other places in the area, but we paid for convenience. We would happily come back to the Marine Room.

Management doesn't seem to understand that having wait staff roam poolside earns more money.. and the folks who stay here are more than willing to pay. There are far better choices for food.

You're on vacation, you've eaten so much lobster vacationing in Maine and you've eaten in so many great restaurants already-- all you want to do is "stay in." This led us to the Marine Room when staying at The Colony recently- great choice! Very pleasant service, very good food. I took a chance and ordered the tuna tacos- fresh, fresh... More

Who doesn't live sipping a cocktail by the pool on a sunny summer's day while looking at the gorgeous Maine coast? And doing so from the elegant Colony Hotel is even better. So, why don't they invest in a chef who can produce a delectable lunch and snack menu? Given such limited choices as hot dogs, chips, hamburgers, a basic salad... More

Atmosphere was incredibly loud. We were ignored for over twenty minutes waiting to be seated. Very limited menu. Drinks were served in plastic "Solo" type cups even though the dining area was dark wood and rich leather wingback chairs.

The view can't be beat and I had the Caesar with salmon which was delicious and filling. I took a work colleague and we had an hour "vacation" on our lunch break.

We had lunch here while enjoying some time by the pool at the Colony. It offers a nice menu for lunch or snacks and drinks are available from the bar. There are tables with umbrellas or there is a section under a roof if you want to get out of the sun. The staff cooks lunch outside under a tent,... More

Loved the Marine Room - casual dining poolside. Live music added to our enjoyment. The service is excellent, but not overbearing.
