I have eaten here for 3 of the past 4 weeks, choosing a different meal each time (no appetizers, no desserts, sorry), and each one has been delicious!

I’ve been going to this restaurant with the same chef for 40 years and still can find none better. Everything is top quality, elegant atmosphere, and great service. Price is very fair when compared to average eateries. If you’ve ever uttered the words ‘I like...Taco Bell’ do not come near this place! This is fine dining at its best. My family enjoys it so much we stopped exchanging Xmas gifts and opt to come here for our celebration. Order the ‘Mini-Perrys’ and you won’t be disappointed, chanches are the chef will know who recommended......More

We went as a group for a friend's birthday. We started with cocktails from the small, intimate bar and proceeded to the dining room when our table was ready. Very nice meal & courteous staff. Will definitely go back.

Great choice of fresh game and old standbys. Our group had a variety of steak, rabbit and duck. All were fresh and tasty. Fiddle heads are always a treat, very Maine, as were the salads and desserts. Great old farmhouse atmosphere and food with an...eclectic flair. One of the best choices in the area. You can't miss.More

My husband and I have enjoyed coming to this restaurant for over 15 years! We've celebrated many a Valentine's Day here, and most recently with our 8 year old son. I wouldn't necessarily recommend it for children, but our guy is not a picky eater....He loves seafood and the salmon dish served here is fabulous. I always go for the lobster which is amazing, too! Chef Dan has developed a fantastic menu, mixing traditional French cooking with local Maine favor. We will keep coming here for years to come!More

An incredible dining experience!! Arrive a bit early and enjoy a predinner cocktail in the beautiful parlor. Dan never disappoints with his Maine based creations of rabbit, lobster, duck, venison, chestnut pie and more. From pulling into the driveway and looking up at the beautiful...stained glass pieces in the windows of this gorgeous Victorian home... to the warm welcome of the staff, the finest of dining and must have desserts...this is many a locals favorite place to dine!More

The owner is also a chef with some interesting dishes. The ambiance is wonderful. The food may not be for everyone. If you are a little adventurous this may be a good place for you.

This is a special place! One Stanley is a beautiful Victorian home - and is an historic home that is a lovely venue for dinner. My husband and I have eaten at One Stanley and have stayed at Three Stanley many, many times over the...past 30 years. Our dining experiences have always been flawless - the latest dinner, 4/4/2015, was no exception! The duck is excellent, as are all the dishes. Three Stanley is a great B&B - and the breakfasts at One Stanley are an added bonus...More

I have eaten here multiple times. It is a charming Victorian home. The menu is interesting and varied, but a little on the heavy side.My recommendation is that a few lighter items be added to the menu.
