After visiting Maine extensively, Warren Lobster House ishands-down, my favorite place for lobster and seafood. Let's not also forget the awesome salad and soup bar! The collection of micro brews is another great choice. For the money, one cannot go wrong in this place. I will be return to Warren's every time I'm in town.
You read that right folks. Too much food. Their salad bar has about 100 different options and it comes with the entrees. I just ordered the salad bar while my husband ordered three fisherman's platter ($33!). It honestly could have been half the size for half the price and it still would have been enough. We visited on a Sunday... More
A recent visit to Maine included a stop at Warrens. It's the place to go to get your fill of lobster. Whatever your preference for preparation, Warrens has it on the menu. Prices reflect the product, but it's well worth the money if a feed of lobster is on your to do list.
This restaurant is very different. I have been traveling around the States for the last 40 years and in Kittery, Maine I find an amazing place where the food is about lobster, lobster and again lobster. Of course they are also known for their sumptuous salad bar but still it boils down to lobster. For some locals prices may seem... More
This restaurant has been around forever. I went here as a kid. My parents went here when they dated. I am grown up now and still love to go. It's on the water and a great place to go if you enjoy seafood and salad bar waterfront type place. The salad bar is amazing and the traditional flair is awesome.... More
While coming to Maine we noticed the sign for Warren's and decided to stop to have fresh lobster. When I asked the hostess if she would place us at a window by the water, the place wasn't very busy at the time and there were spots open, she set us at a window facing the parking lot. I had explained... More
My friends took me to Warren's which has been around for a very long time. I enjoyed seeing the nostalgic menus and the cost of lobster over the years. I got the baked scallops (which were disappointing because all the juice was absorbed by too many crushed crackers and it made the scallops too dry). Too Bad for sure. The... More
We bopped over into Maine on a recent trip East and grabbed some clam chowder and appetizers. They were really good, put the pumpkin bread was amazing! Friendly staff. Only negative was that we sat by a window and felt a little sea sick because the water was moving so fast! Haha!
We were looking for a nice baked haddock lunch and they had just what we wanted. Ample portion and the fish was fresh and cooked just right and at a great price. Salad bar is loaded with many options to more than fill your plate. As always very busy and rather noisy but the view is always enjoyable. Our waiter... More
