We have given them another try. We have written reviews in the past. We said the biggest reason we enjoyed coming to the galley were a couple of the servers. They have made the decision the customer doesn't matter. We are unable to select our...server. We have even told them we would be glad to wait for them to be available. Tonight they told my husband we would have Lexi. When seated we had a different server. They had onely upset me by ignoring my request. Now they not only ignored my husband's request but bold faced lied to him.More

So many things that were terrible about my experience. I ordered take out (during COVID). There were 5 women at the hostess station, that directed me to the bar to pick up my food. I see my food on the bar. The 5 women do...not help me and tell me to wait for someone to come up from the basement. I wait while my food gets cold. When she does come, that server has her mask around her chin, breathing out of her nose and mouth, behind the bar, handling ALL of the take out. I pay and take my food - when I get home, SHE GOT THE ORDER WRONG. (I know she was the one who took my order because I heard her take another order while I waited). It was $66 for two crappy lobster rolls and we ordered two fries and two cole slaws and only got one of each. I feel so completely ripped off and angry. Literally the worst experience I have had, maybe ever at a restaurant. Terrible service, incorrect order, not sanitary, lame food and possibly putting others at risk with the stupid under the chin face mask. Truly awful.More

Worst Lobster roll ever! This was a take out order. First off they got our oder wrong in multiple ways, and then we also did not get two of our side orders. That’s ok because they suck. Very disappointing, this lobster roll is probably fine...for the tourists and summer people that don’t know any better. $33 for one lobster roll and fries never againMore

My wife and I played mini golf in the area and I asked the young lady there for a lunch recommendation, she sent us to the Galley and we were glad she did. It was very good, in fact we went a 2nd time on...another day while in the area.More

Not sure about you, but when I go to a restaurant I prefer good service from friendly staff, not getting scolded about having "too many" in my party (we were 6 adults and a child) because they can't seat more than 6 for lunch -...even though the place was empty. I'm funny that way I suppose. Lobster rolls are their bread and butter, but those shouldn't take an hour to prepare, as they're not cooking them and they aren't going out to the ocean to pull the traps. My friends forced me to go back when I said I would never do so, because of how great the lobster rolls were/are. The service was better now, they claimed. So I did. It was better, but still slow as ever, a bit of an attitude from the staff and seemingly not thrilled to have our group in there for lunch. Why, I'm still not clear on. The food is still very good, but I don't need to pay for attitude and slow service when there are so many other options available that are better value and nicer environment. No more for me.More

Don't let the subdued outside fool you--this place has the best lobster roll I've had yet! The staff was friendly and relaxed, the food was very fresh, and the taste was out of this world. Kudos are setting your Lobster Roll apart with the seasoning.

Great food and variety but seating lacks flexibility for more than 4. Friendly staff that hustle. As with most places trouble getting waitresses.

Looking for lunch near Sebago Lake. Was ready for a hamburger after lots of lobster rolls, and burned hamburgers in Canada. Ordered the Castaway (pineapple, provolone, bacon, sweet chili, etc.) medium rare, since I like medium, and it arrived a perfect juicy medium. Bacon was...nicely cooked. Very pleasant waitress caught me licking fingers to get the last of the sauce. I don't normally like coated fries, but the ale battered fries were pretty good.More

The seafood dishes are great. They also have a Gallery drink for adults that will relax you! Pop in and have a fish taco.
